Deeds and Dollars for FREEMAN-FRITTS
Freeman-Fritts vet clinic & NO KILL shelter, particularly its low cost spay/neuter clinic, will be the recipient of the UUCHC April 30 Fifth Sunday Donate the Plate offering.
But there are several other ways to help Freeman-Fritts by adding volunteer deeds to your dollars:
SPRING YARD CLEANUP SAT 4/22 – Let’s gather a group of UUs to join Freeman-Fritts volunteers for the big Freeman-Fritts Spring Yard Cleanup from 9AM-Noon April 22. Details from long-time Freeman-Fritts volunteer Carolyn Dreyer. (619) 417-4968.
SOCIALIZE! Volunteer at Freeman-Fritts on a regular basis to socialize with cats and dogs, getting them ready to put their best paws forward toward adoption. Schedules are highly flexible and it’s the best free therapy in town. Brochures and volunteer applications will be available at UUCHC.
SPONSOR a hard-to-adopt kitty. You get a virtual pet to love and Freeman-Fritts gets the financial help to care for them. Choose your favorite from those on the Freeman-Fritts website: www.freemanfritts.com and on Facebook.
