Programs are one time events or may be a series. Examples include: Building Your Own Theology, book discussions, consideration of contemporary issues, and more. Watch this page and the Newsletter for new classes and schedules.

Meditation Opportunity

A meditation opportunity will be led by Michael Wurth, a longtime friend of our congregation at 9am on alternating Saturdays. He will be leading a vipassana (insight) meditation group on alternate Saturday mornings. These begin with a silent meditation and include a brief dharma talk and opportunity to move about after sitting in meditation together. Participants may use a chair or bring a cushion. There is no fee, but a donation bowl will be available. If you are a newcomer to this group, please arrive at 8:45 for beginner’s instruction. Anyone can learn to meditate at any age!
