Unitarian Universalist
Church of the Hill Country

Sunday Service @10am         960 Barnett St., Kerrville Texas

Celebrating 30+ years serving the Hill Country!

Our Mission Statement:

We journey together guided by UU values to seek, nurture and serve our loving church family, our community and our world.

Our community is shocked and saddened by the tragic loss of life in the recent flood.  We’re also heartened by the outpouring of care and offers of assistance.  We know we have a long recovery ahead of us.

As far as we’ve been able to determine, no one in our congregation sustained flood damage.  Our church buildings are also safe.  We’ve been inconvenienced by power outages, damaged roads, and boil water advisories, but we are relatively unscathed.
The best way to help our community is financially.  Donations to Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country can be made at this link:

From our minister:

More than stained glass and wood, UUCHC’s sanctuary is a place of extraordinary welcome, embrace of all we bring to this community of hope.

With us you will find:

– A congregation that nurtures souls to help heal the world

— A religious tradition that respects individual conscience

– Emphasis on Earthly application of core values

— Creative expressions of spirituality

– Sharing of faith journeys, acknowledgment of the different ways we experience and connect with transcendent mystery

— Encouragement of faith development, integrity in action, and learning together.

We are currently holding in-person services, but if you’d like to participate remotely, please email admin@uuchc.org to be placed on mailing list for Zoom services. You may also send a message to our Facebook page for information on our church or our services or call (830) 522-5650 for more information.
